Commercial Plumbing Technician – Facilities Management Provider – South East London – Competitive Salary

CBW Staffing Solutions is actively seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to perform both scheduled and urgent maintenance tasks within a commercial environment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in Facilities Management and demonstrate a successful history in the maintenance of commercial properties.

This role is well-suited for a Commercial Plumbing Technician who is currently in a comparable position and is interested in advancing their career while working in a more localized area. The company offers an attractive salary package along with opportunities for career development.

Work Hours & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Repairing and maintaining toilets and sinks
  • Clearing blockages in toilets
  • Conducting water treatment
  • Fixing pipework and leaks
  • Performing minor installation tasks
  • Assisting other trades on site as needed
  • Executing both planned and reactive maintenance tasks
Qualifications
  • Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
  • Plumbing - City & Guilds Level 3 (Preferred)
  • Unvented qualifications (Preferred)
  • Ability to pass a DBS check or possess a current DBS (Essential)
  • Must provide copies of trade certifications
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial property maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with strong communication abilities
  • Client-facing experience
