Dialysis Nurse Position

MediTalent Ltd is seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to join their team at a state-of-the-art private hospital in Skegness. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting patients who require dialysis treatment, ensuring that standards of patient care are always maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care
- Support patients who require dialysis treatment
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to maintain and enhance customer service and satisfaction
Requirements:
- NMC/HCPC pin: Must be a registered healthcare professional in the UK, holding either an NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) pin for nurses or an HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration for other healthcare professionals
- Previous dialysis/renal experience: The candidate must have prior experience in renal care or dialysis, which involves treating patients with kidney problems, particularly those requiring dialysis treatments
- Evidence of relevant professional development: Proof of ongoing learning and development related to their professional field
