The Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and creative individual with excellent computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the front and back end of the website (Shopify)
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the website
  • Write engaging copy for the website
  • Ensure accurate and informative product descriptions and measurements
  • Format products for the warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Prepare the website for sales and launches
  • Ensure timely and accurate product and asset deployment
  • Visual merchandise the site
  • Keep website information up to date
  • Design blog posts for the journal
  • Monitor sales and returns
  • Prepare Shopify POS for pop-ups and sales events
  • Arrange for high-quality cutout images
  • Manage the Third Party Logistics (3PL) provider
  • Stock management for pop-ups and sales events
  • Inventory management and stock checks
  • Implement new website plug-ins
  • SEO
  • Update the website in line with the marketing calendar

Requirements

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Shopify, Google Sheets/Excel, and excellent computer skills.

  • Experience in copywriting and online visual merchandising is desired
  • Visual thinking and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Ability to understand the brand aesthetic and language
  • Photoshop and InDesign skills are preferred
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Problem solver and ability to think ahead
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for work events/pop-ups
