Landscape Officer

Maidstone Borough Council is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Heritage, Landscape and Trees team. As a Landscape Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the growth of our borough while respecting its character and heritage.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of tree and hedge applications, protecting trees and advising on arboricultural matters.
- Provide guidance on landscape matters and take enforcement action where necessary.
- Collaborate with partners and customers to achieve environmental protection and new development proposals.
We are looking for an experienced and professionally qualified Arboriculturist with a degree and professional qualification in Arboriculture. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare and present expert evidence.
