Maternity and Neonatal Quality and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our quality and compliance initiatives for Maternity and Neonatal services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving positive change and ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality and compliance strategies for Maternity and Neonatal services
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and governance colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of quality and compliance initiatives
- Lead quality peer review visits and action plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain audit and corrective actions plans to ensure continuous improvement
- Provide expert advice and guidance on quality and compliance matters to senior managers and other stakeholders

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a candidate with a strong background in quality and compliance, with experience of leading change and problem-solving in clinical settings. You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior managers and other stakeholders.
Desirable criteria include a degree in midwifery, a project management qualification, and experience of working in a similar role.
