Maternity and Neonatal Quality and Compliance Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our quality and compliance initiatives across Maternity and Neonatal services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving positive change and ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality and compliance strategies to ensure that our Maternity and Neonatal services meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and governance colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these.
- Lead quality peer review visits and audits to ensure that our services are meeting the required standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC), to ensure that we are meeting the required standards.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on quality and compliance matters.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a candidate with a strong background in quality and compliance, and experience of working in a clinical setting. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.
Desirable criteria include a degree in a relevant field, such as midwifery or a related healthcare discipline, and a project management qualification.
