Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Power Platform Architect to join our team at Capgemini. This is a full-time role based in London, UK, offering a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days per week.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and its applications. As an Enterprise Power Platform Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform, automating business processes, and providing thought leadership for new and emerging Microsoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and develop scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Automate business processes leveraging AI Builder and Azure AI Services
  • Provide thought leadership for new and emerging Microsoft solutions
  • Lead delivery teams using Power Platform with different backends such as Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or other databases
  • Avoid security and governance best practices based on Microsoft Power Platform COE guidelines
  • Integrate Power Platform with other enterprise systems using pre-built connectors and develop custom connectors
  • Drive customer workshops, presentations, and sprint ceremonies
  • Identify and develop solution accelerators, reusable components, and frameworks to provide differentiated value proposition

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience
  • 4+ years of experience in either consulting, cloud application architecture, low-code/no-code app delivery
  • Hands-on experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate (Cloud Flows), Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder/Azure Open AI, Dataverse, Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps)
  • Strong understanding of leveraging AI for automated document processing, data extraction from knowledge base/document libraries using Power Platform AI Builder and Azure Document Intelligence Services
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code solutions, market trends, and value proposition
  • Experience in integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure integration services or other API Management platforms
  • Experience in setting up Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) and platform governance
  • Experience in extending Power Platform using custom connectors and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
  • Knowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Automation in the context of Power Platform
  • Relevant Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure cloud
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with technical and executive audiences

  • PL-600: Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • PL-400: Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate
