About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of our pioneering front office apprenticeship programme, which offers a unique blend of skills, knowledge, and experience. As a Financial Services Professional apprentice, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of financial markets and transaction solutions, working in an extremely dynamic area of our business while completing a qualification at the same time. Your apprenticeship will cover key areas such as client and customer relationships, delivering services, financial services legal and regulatory framework, strategy and planning, and problem-solving and decision-making.

As part of your apprenticeship, you will complete the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) Associate Chartered Banker Diploma and Professional Banking Certificate. You'll have a key role to play in shaping the financial services of the future, whilst the scale and reach of our Group means you'll have many opportunities to learn, grow, and develop.
