Austin Fraser is looking for a Hybrid Payroll and Employee Benefits Professional to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the monthly payroll for c300 employees, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing expert guidance on all aspects of payroll and benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and administering the monthly payroll processing for c300 employees, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting payroll and pensions
  • Collaborating with the Finance department to ensure smooth payroll operations
  • Reviewing and improving effective payroll and benefit processes to reduce employee queries
  • Producing and maintaining reports regarding payroll and benefits
  • Administering and promoting all aspects of employee benefits, including Private Healthcare, Life assurance, Group Income Protection, Cycle to Work, Childcare Vouchers, and season ticket loans
  • Managing and administering the company pension scheme, including opt-in/out requests, upload pensions data, legal declarations, etc.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £58,000-£68,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers great benefits, including an annual bonus scheme, enhanced pension, private healthcare, life assurance, 30 days' holiday, and flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
