This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a safe, effective, and caring service to children and young people (0-18 years). You will work closely with our team to prioritize the needs of our service users and develop innovative solutions to complex clinical challenges.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, young people, and their families. You will also be able to manage complex clinical situations and make decisions based on evidence and experience.

We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including a Recruitment and Retention payment of \u00a325,000 and a relocation allowance of up to \u00a380,000.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide high-quality specialist clinical assessments and treatment plans for children and young people
* Work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver effective and caring services
* Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex clinical challenges
* Communicate effectively with children, young people, and their families
* Manage complex clinical situations and make decisions based on evidence and experience

**Person Specification:**

* MB BS or equivalent medical qualification
* AC/S12 status
* Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research, or management
* Excellent knowledge in specialty
* Excellent clinical skills using bio-psycho-social perspective and wide medical knowledge
* Able to manage clinical complexity and uncertainty
* Makes decisions based on evidence and experience including the contribution of others

**Salary:**

\u00a3105,504 to \u00a139,882 per annum (pro rata for part-time working)
