Front of House Team Lead

Loungers is all about creating exceptional experiences for our customers, and we're looking for a talented Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring our lounges remain the go-to destination for the local community.
The Perfect Candidate- Has a proven track record in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a natural talent for building rapport with customers.
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Is highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a keen eye for detail.
- Has a strong understanding of sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS.
- Tips shared equally across the team, based on hours worked.
