Job Title: Shift Leader Front of House

At German Doner Kebab, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader Front of House to join our team. As a Shift Leader Front of House, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Front of House team to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and quality
  • Manage stock inventory and maintain a clean and organized Front of House area
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the General Store Manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or Duty Manager in the food industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
