About the Position:
As a Disability Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting an accountant with a physical disability in their daily life. This includes providing house-keeping and practical support in their 2-bedroom home located in Westfield Village, South Woking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the client's property is maintained to a high standard, including cleaning and organizing the kitchen and bathrooms.
- Manage the client's clothing and laundry needs.
- Support the client with basic tasks of a personal nature.
Skill Requirements:
- Well-organized and effective time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctuality and ability to work collaboratively to ensure shift coverage.
- High standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Basic knowledge of cooking and common kitchen appliances.
Compensation:
- PAYE £15 per hour for morning shift, £13.50 for evening shift.
- Flexible working hours with minimal weekend work.
