Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled Care and Support Assistant to join our team in Surrey. As a valued member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care services to our residents.
About the Role:- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and undressing, ensuring our residents' comfort and dignity.
- Support with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, and cleaning, promoting a safe and clean environment.
- Assist with medication management, ensuring our residents take their medications as required.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid Care Certificate or be willing to undergo training.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
- Show attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, maintaining high standards of care.
