Job Description

Travelport is a global travel retail platform, and we're seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, subleases, renewals, rent reviews, and dilapidation negotiations.
  • Oversee the provision of workplace services, including repair and maintenance, catering, cleaning, security, reception, engineering, and hospitality-style offerings.
  • Deliver facilities and construction projects, as well as space management and planning programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Travelport's property metrics, budget preparation, and review.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align their portfolio with the company's values, vision, and strategic priorities.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate acquisition, lease management, and associated negotiations.
  • Financial and business analysis skills, including report preparation.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills.
