We are looking for an Architecture and Design Partner to join our Cambridge office. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, developing client relationships, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with experience of working at an Associate Director, Director, or Partner level. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business growth strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Mentoring and developing junior staff members

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £95,000 - £125,000 per annum, plus profit share and an attractive benefits package.
