ICU Nurse Fellowship Position

Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a highly skilled ICU Nurse to join our team in a 6-month Fellowship program. As a critical care nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2 and 3 care, while expanding your skills and knowledge in critical care practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Prioritize nursing care and recognize deterioration in a patient's condition, escalating to the site team/clinician immediately.
- Evaluate, update, and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
- NMC registered adult Nurse.
- Willingness to undertake relevant post-registration courses.
- Suitable hospital-based nursing experience.
- Supports the Intensive Care Unit manager in contributing to CCL's nursing and strategic goals.
- Ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment, being respectful of other cultures and beliefs.
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
