About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate Valuation Surveyor to join our team. As a Graduate Valuation Surveyor, you will work principally within the Valuation team, covering a variety of commercial and development valuation instructions. You will benefit from the opportunities provided by our Graduate Programme, which supports you to become a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on day-to-day tasks as set by your line manager and APC supervisor.
  • Take responsibility for work and projects as appropriate to the team/department in which you currently work.
  • Liaise with your APC supervisor and counsellor on a regular basis to discuss progress towards the APC.
  • First-class ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.
Client Delivery
  • Relevant understanding of business/departmental context.
  • Accuracy and quality of reporting to clients.
  • Responsive to the needs of the client and looking for ways to improve products and services.
Clients and Business Development
  • Proactive in building relationships with internal and external service providers.
  • Responsive and helpful to external clients.
  • Relevant understanding of business/departmental context.
  • Accuracy and quality of reporting to clients.
Person Specification
  • Already achieved an RICS accredited degree.
  • Desirable experience in property work or prior APC experience to expedite APC qualification timeframes.
