About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Valuation team as a Graduate Surveyor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on a variety of commercial and development valuation instructions, and will benefit from the opportunities provided by our Graduate Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on day-to-day tasks as set by line manager and APC supervisor
  • Take responsibility for work and projects as appropriate to the team/department
  • Liaise with APC supervisor and counsellor on a regular basis to discuss progress towards the APC
  • Prioritise and manage own workload effectively
Client Delivery
  • Understand the business/departmental context
  • Deliver accurate and high-quality reporting to clients
  • Be responsive to client needs and look for ways to improve products and services
Clients and Business Development
  • Build relationships with internal and external service providers
  • Be responsive and helpful to external clients
  • Understand the business/departmental context
  • Deliver accurate and high-quality reporting to clients
Person Specification
  • Already achieved an RICS accredited degree
  • Desirable experience in property work or prior APC experience
