SEN Teaching Assistant Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a dynamic SEN school in High Wycombe. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs, helping them to communicate effectively and develop their abilities in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs.
- Assist in developing communication and social skills.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver personalized learning plans.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment for pupils to thrive.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and foster their personal growth.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN is desirable.
