SEN Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a dynamic SEN school in High Wycombe. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs, helping them to communicate effectively and develop their abilities in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs.
  • Assist in developing communication and social skills.
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver personalized learning plans.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment for pupils to thrive.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and foster their personal growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN is desirable.
  • A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
  • A genuine desire to positively impact the lives of vulnerable learners.
