Early Career Teacher (ECT) Role
GSL Education invites an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our dynamic team at a primary school in Sunderland. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young students, shaping their futures through education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lessons that meet curriculum standards.
  • Teach a range of subjects to students in Key Stage 1 (ages 5-7) and Key Stage 2 (ages 7-11).
  • Use diverse teaching methods to engage and inspire students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies.
  • Support students' academic and personal development.

Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an ECT or similar teaching role preferably in a primary setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
