About the Role:

Croda International Plc Careers is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to join our team. As a global leader in speciality chemicals, we continue to succeed and strengthen our delivery of innovative, sustainable, and high-performance solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors to site. This will involve providing detailed competent advice on Health, Safety, and Quality issues, as well as leading on investigations and reviewing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors to site
  • Provide detailed competent advice on Health, Safety, and Quality issues
  • Lead on investigations and review policies and procedures
  • Liaise with local management teams and collate weekly and monthly KPI information
