**Job Description:** As a Health and Safety Manager at Gafoor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our employees and maintaining a positive working environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a proactive approach to meeting the needs of the business. Consultancy opportunities are available as an off-payroll position in line with IR35 regulations.

**Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust health and safety management system
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols

**Estimated Salary:** £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
