Job Description

As a Creative Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and developing parts of the Engineering Operating framework and Governance Systems. You will work closely with the lead senior engineer to create policies and processes that help reduce risk and improve program efficiency and effectiveness across the international engineering teams.

You will also be responsible for creating and delivering several parts of the assurance framework and auditing plan, deploying policies and processes across the engineering organisation, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
