Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and patient-centered clinical pharmacy service across a range of medical and surgical specialties.
Job Summary:- Provide a comprehensive and effective patient-centered clinical pharmacy service to designated wards.
- Lead on and develop elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve the patient experience.
- Participate in the on-call pharmacist roster for the supply of urgent medicines and provision of medicine-related information.
- Participate in the weekend and bank holiday pharmacy service according to an agreed roster.
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (UK) as a Pharmacist with a postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification.
- Experience in an acute healthcare environment.
- Patient-focused, proactive, and dynamic to operate effectively as the first point of contact for Pharmacy services.
- Organized, flexible individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
