The Pharmacist Network are currently hiring for an exciting onsite opportunity. We are looking for highly motivated Clinical Pharmacists to support with day-to-day activities for PCN's across the UK.

Main duties of the job

As a clinical pharmacist you will confidently act within professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists.

Resolve medication-related issues Helping to utilise skill mix Improve patient outcomes Ensure better access to healthcare Support practice staff with prescription and medication queries Repeat prescription requests Medicines reconciliation Provide expertise in clinical medicines advice Providing clinical leadership on medicines optimisation and quality improvement

The Team

The Pharmacist Network are a clinical led organisation hereto support GPs with the delivery of pharmacist and pharmacy tech services.

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a highlymotivated and focused Non-IP Clinical Pharmacists to support with the smooth running ofday-to-day activities remotely.

The Role

This position is a remote working role, suitable forcandidates looking for either locum or permanent employment.

As a Clinical Pharmacist you will confidently act withinprofessional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team ofpharmacists.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a remoterole, working with colleagues to help resolve medication-related issues,helping to utilise skill mix, improve patient outcomes and ensure better accessto healthcare.

You will support practice staff with prescription andmedication queries. Help support the repeat requests, and medicinesreconciliation, providing expertise in clinical medicines advice whileaddressing both public and social care needs of patients.

The Skills

You will want to join our team if you are looking for aremote opportunity have previous experience of working in a similar clinicalpharmacist position and have a natural desire to provide an excellent servicewith outstanding communication skills. You have a high attention to detail and arehighly organised.

Experience with softwares such as Emis or System 1 is essential.

You should be on the CPPE Primary Care pathway or will bewilling to partake (The HCA fund this), if you have extensive experience thenwe can look into getting an exemption for you.
