We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Postdoctoral Research Scientist to join our team at the University of Oxford.
Research Focus
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing -omic and related multi-modal datasets for the human immune response, integrating with metagenomic data for the same patients to provide high-resolution pathogen profiling.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and integrate -omic and multi-modal datasets for the human immune response.
- Develop research questions within a specific context and conduct individual research.
- Support the development of research ethics approvals and processes for gaining appropriate research consent and data management.
- Keep detailed, accurate, and comprehensible records of work.
