Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the launch of innovative products and technologies, working to increase existing efficiencies and expanding current product portfolios.
- Devise and apply methods to address and solve scientific and technical challenges within the company.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments, ensuring the reliability of sequencing data and effective troubleshooting.
- Document experimental procedures and outcomes, adhering to quality standards, and effectively communicate progress and findings both within R&D and other departments.
- A relevant degree in Life Sciences, ranging from BSc to PhD level, with proven experience in molecular biology assays and NGS.
- Hands-on expertise in targeted NGS assay workflows and familiarity with various sequencing technologies.
- Demonstrated industry experience in developing and tech transferring in IVDs under ISO13485.
