Job Title: Part Time Recruitment Administrator
Location: Lurgan, BT66 area
Hours: 32 hours per week, any 4 days Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm
Salary: Estimated £25,000-£30,000 per annum

Responsibilities and DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Promoting vacancies using focused recruitment campaigns in person and remotely
- Screening resumes and performing in-person and phone/video interviews with candidates
- Administering company assessments and liaising with the General Manager to undertake reference and background checks
- Making recommendations to hiring managers and coordinating interviews
- Maintaining documentation required to track the recruitment process
- Staying current on the company's organisation structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding recruitment practices
