Job Title: Healthcare Support Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at Kingdom Group. As a Healthcare Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with complex medical needs.

About the Job:

  • Deliver personalized care to patients with complex medical needs, including those requiring ventilators, tracheostomy care, or PEG feeding.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, including assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support patients with medical conditions, including diabetes, epilepsy, or heart disease.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

  • Compassion and empathy for providing client-centered care and emotional support.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Basic medical knowledge for understanding medical terminology and procedures.
