Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum.

About the Job:
The position of Care Manager for Young Adults involves providing a safe and nurturing environment for young people aged 11-17 with emotional/behavioural disorders and/or mild learning difficulties. This role requires creating a culture where young individuals can develop, mature, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accommodation to young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
* Support and encourage young people, offering guidance to effectively manage difficulties and issues facing them.
* Ensure young people receive individual support according to their needs, and where appropriate, their wishes.
* Work collaboratively with young people, their families, residential workers, and other relevant professionals.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in children's residential care and willingness to attend relevant training, including QCF Level 3 Children and Young People.
* Leadership development and supervisory management training will be sourced as needed.
* Prior management, leadership, or business management certification is beneficial.
