Here at Bleep360 Care we are a 24hr health care company looking for experienced support workers based in Plymouth who have a dedication and passion in supporting these children and impacting their life in a positive way. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working as a team and supporting client/other staff
- Following the care plan package - observing mental state and safety of others
- Positively manage challenging situations and behaviours appropriately
- Building relationships and trust to manage their vulnerabilities
- Be able to assist in a routine as well as help them adapt into the community
- 24/7 support based on 12 hour shifts or domiciliary support
**REQUIREMENTS TO WORK WITH US**
- Experienced in mental health/challenging behaviours/social care background.
- Strong understanding and experience working with Mental health issues/disorders
- Strong face to face communication skills and Patient interaction skills.
- MUST have **minimum 1 year experience** as support worker
**DESERIABLE**
- Restraint training such as MAPA/PMVA
- A clear DBS on the update system

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3-6 months
**Salary**: Up to £16.00 per hour

- Waltham Forest: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- minimum of 2 years experience in the UK (required)
Licence/Certification:
- PMVA/MAPA or equivalent training certificates (required)
