**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at PART & COMPANY Ltd in the COTSWOLDS. As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with the Head Chef and senior management to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Salary: £50,000+

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a solid background in classic cuisine, with a focus on flavour and simplicity. You will be responsible for cooking a modern British menu with a French base, using seasonal ingredients and showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.

You will oversee the kitchen brigade, ensuring smooth service during lunch and dinner shifts, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. A good understanding of ingredients, regions, and suppliers is essential, as well as the ability to lead a well-versed team and motivate them to achieve excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in top-level restaurants and hotels, preferably with 5-star European cuisine
  • Excellent knowledge of regional and seasonal British/Mediterranean cuisine
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
