Executive Chef

Sought after Sous Chef for PART & COMPANY Ltd to lead the culinary team in our popular Gastro Pub and Dining Room in the Cotswolds. We're looking for a skilled and confident cook with a passion for delivering high-quality Modern British Cuisine.

We require an experienced Sous Chef to join our team, responsible for overseeing the kitchen and cooking for our 55-cover dining room. You will work closely with the Head Chef and senior management to create menus that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and supportive environment. If you have a strong background in classic cooking and a flair for creativity, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
2. Work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus and manage stock
3. Oversee kitchen operations, including ordering and inventory management
4. Cook for lunch and dinner services, ensuring efficient service delivery
5. Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• 5-star hotel or restaurant experience, preferably in European cuisine
• Strong CV with a proven track record of leading a kitchen team
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification
