Job Title: Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welsh speaking customer service advisor to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • Fluent Welsh language skills (conversional level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
