About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Hobbycraft. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our logistics and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and communicate with stores and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Create ad hoc orders and manage data entry into our software
  • Support the supply chain team with stock queries and requests
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and communicate opportunities to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred
  • Proficiency in IT software, including data entry and purchase order management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
