Job Summary:

As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high-quality care and support are delivered to residents, and contributing to staff training and development.

Key Requirements:

  • Recent experience working in a similar role or senior residential support worker.
  • Full UK driving licence.
