We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Contracts Negotiator to join our team at General and Medical Healthcare. This exciting opportunity will involve negotiating and managing healthcare contracts, ensuring that procedures are accurate and in line with regulatory guidelines.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to persuade and influence at all levels. You will be responsible for managing appointments, representing the company professionally, and developing external business relationships with medical service providers.
Main Responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage healthcare contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and improve performance.
- Represent the company at industry events and develop external business relationships with medical service providers.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in business processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the development and management of products and services.
- Drive continuous improvement in performance and processes through effective project management and coordination.
- Liaise with the claims manager to resolve service invoice queries and ensure timely payment.
- Guide and assist in the development of support and services offered through the Medical Advisory Panel.
- Stay up-to-date with industry changes and developments to coordinate and prioritize relevant projects.
