**Job Title:** Senior Liver Disease Advisor

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Liver Disease Advisor to join our team at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust.

**Key Responsibilities:

**The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing specialist liver disease advice to patients, their families/carers, other healthcare professionals, and students.
  2. Undertaking unsupervised Viral Hepatitis and other Hepatology nurse-led clinics within the Trust setting and in the community.
  3. Updating appropriate data on the database as required by local agreements.

**Person Specification:

**To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Degree level or equivalent experience
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

**Benefits:

**We offer a competitive salary of £53,000 - £63,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
