Credit Control Senior

Join our team as a Credit Control Senior and take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical and communication skills.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our accounts receivable team as a Credit Control Senior. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing collections and recoveries of our debt portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure accurate totals and interest charges are applied.
  • Evaluate and escalate relevant accounts to appropriate stakeholders as needed.
  • Communicate with customers in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and minimizing reputational risk.
  • Mitigate credit loss and preserve value by taking appropriate action on a case-by-case basis.
  • Review and action credit reviews escalated by other parties.
  • Monitor and evaluate the escalated credit reviews and review process.
  • Review data provided by credit reports and check on all early warnings.

Requirements:

  • Professional and confident manner with a good understanding of recoveries.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to act on initiative while complying with company policies.
  • Strong analytical, administrative, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confrontation while remaining assertive.
