About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Analyst to join our team at AXA XL. As a Credit Control Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our credit portfolio, working closely with our underwriting and commercial teams to deliver robust credit control and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective credit control, considering commercial and underwriting relationships, to drive business growth and minimize risk.
  • Investigate, progress, and resolve material cases impacting overdue receivables and unallocated cash metrics, demonstrating full ownership and accountability.
  • Provide clear, concise commentary for monthly reporting packs and debt reviews, adhering to Credit Control service offering and procedures.
  • Collaborate with AXA XL colleagues in India and Poland, ensuring prompt resolution of unallocated cash-related queries and promoting process knowledge share.
  • Ensure competence across all accounting platforms and systems, ensuring full compliance with FIC controls.
Requirements
  • Team player with excellent analytical and administrative skills, able to self-learn and assimilate within a team environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality service to customers, internally and externally, with strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under own initiative, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and creating reports, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
