Credit Control Role Overview
AXA XL is seeking a skilled Credit Control Specialist to join our UK Credit Control Team. As a Credit Control Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering effective credit control, investigating and resolving material cases, and providing clear commentary for monthly reporting packs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver robust credit control, considering commercial and underwriting relationships
- Investigate, progress, and resolve material cases impacting overdue receivables and unallocated cash metrics
- Provide clear commentary for monthly reporting packs and debt reviews
- Adhere to Credit Control service offering and procedures, selecting applicable methods and contacts
- Provide due diligence on premium differences and act as a centralised contact point for AIS CPC business
- Assume responsibility for day-to-day operations between AXA XL designated brokers, including monthly reconciliations, query management, and escalation of material overdue premiums
- Contribute to the presentation and delivery of effective underwriting reporting packs, evidencing actions performed and highlighting cases requiring U/W leverage
- Ensure competence across all accounting platforms and systems utilised by the Credit Control and AIS team, ensuring full compliance with FIC controls
- Perform periodic reviews of aged premium falling below full-service value thresholds

- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and creating reports
