We are seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Recovery Specialist to join our team at The Recruiter Specialists Group Ltd.

Your Role:

  • Review claims data to facilitate the preparation of reinsurance recoveries, particularly for excess of loss covers.
  • Respond to broker and reinsurer queries related to claims recoveries.
  • Liaise with claims departments to obtain loss reports for reinsurance recoveries.
  • Calculate potential reinsurance implications for extended claims.
  • Enter reinsurance policies on internal systems, ensuring timely premium payments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, reinsurers, brokers, underwriters, and claims teams.
  • Support the credit control team to ensure timely receipt of recoveries.
  • Perform peer review for tasks completed by the offshore reinsurance teams.
  • Capture cover note information on internal systems to ensure accurate details.
  • Maintain high standards of service and improve where possible.

About You:

  • High level of numeracy and literacy with proven organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work based on KPIs.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data.
