We are seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Recovery Specialist to join our team at The Recruiter Specialists Group Ltd.
Your Role:
- Review claims data to facilitate the preparation of reinsurance recoveries, particularly for excess of loss covers.
- Respond to broker and reinsurer queries related to claims recoveries.
- Liaise with claims departments to obtain loss reports for reinsurance recoveries.
- Calculate potential reinsurance implications for extended claims.
- Enter reinsurance policies on internal systems, ensuring timely premium payments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, reinsurers, brokers, underwriters, and claims teams.
- Support the credit control team to ensure timely receipt of recoveries.
- Perform peer review for tasks completed by the offshore reinsurance teams.
- Capture cover note information on internal systems to ensure accurate details.
- Maintain high standards of service and improve where possible.
About You:
- High level of numeracy and literacy with proven organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize work based on KPIs.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data.
