ATTB - The Big Jobsite is seeking an Environmental Safety Specialist to cover sites across the west region. As our key professional, you will be responsible for supporting Vistry Group in ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies, standards, and legislation.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of around £60,000 per year, plus annual bonuses, company car or travel allowance, up to 33 days annual leave, private healthcare, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and a contributory pension scheme.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a NEBOSH Construction diploma, experience in the construction industry, and a strong understanding of CDM Regulations. You will support the business in implementing SHE Standards, conduct regular SHE reviews, and provide specialist advice on pre-qualification and tender documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify roles and responsibilities under CDM Regulations for each project and collaborate with Business Managers and Site Managers.
  • Foster a positive SHE culture by promoting policies and procedures within business units.
  • Support the implementation of the ActivSHEQ database and input required data according to company guidance.
  • Conduct formal SHE reviews on all sites and ensure compliance with Vistry Group SHE Policies, Standards, and legislation.
