**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Development Nurse to lead our clinical governance and quality of care efforts in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. This exciting opportunity will require you to oversee nursing homes in Witney, Chipping Norton, Tewkesbury, Wiltshire, and Cheltenham.

This challenging role is ideal for a qualified RGN with extensive experience in resident/patient care, chronic disease management, and wound dressings. As a leader, you will review and support the performance of each home, ensuring adherence to high clinical standards.

Key responsibilities include reviewing the clinical governance database, analyzing KPIs, and identifying practical strategies to improve care delivery. You will work closely with senior clinical staff and improvement specialists to plan and implement key actions.

To succeed in this role, you must have current NMC registration, RN (General), and evidence of continued professional development. Your leadership skills, analytical mind, and ability to share knowledge will be essential in delivering impressive results.
