Accounts Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team at Mitchell Adam. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Finance Manager with various tasks, including balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, and accruals/pre-payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
  • Provide financial data and analysis to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports using Microsoft Excel
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
