We are seeking a highly skilled Reception and Clinic Support Specialist to join our team at The Dermatology Partnership. As a key member of the clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive a friendly, efficient, and professional service.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing the overall Reception function within the Clinic, including checking in patients on arrival, notifying doctors when they arrive, and printing doctor's clinic schedules each day.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage reception duties, including patient check-in and notification of doctors.
  2. Print and distribute daily clinic schedules.
  3. Book procedures and treatments according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  4. Ensure clinic rooms are equipped and ready each day.
  5. Support aesthetic and nurse services with administrative tasks.
  6. Maintain accurate audit trails around patient documentation and communication.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Awareness of financial procedures related to self-funding and insured patients.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
