The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our InPlay Betting team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for translating high-level roadmaps into actionable work items, working closely with the product director and delivery teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product vision, goals, and strategy for the InPlay Betting cluster
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop detailed work items for quarterly planning
- Manage the operational running of the product, including release to customers and go-to-market strategy
- Define epics with comprehensive acceptance criteria, interacting with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts to verify work is correctly specified
- Work closely with the Delivery Lead to ensure alignment on all team and product matters
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in product management, preferably in the online sports betting or gaming industry
- Proven experience in developing a product strategy and effectively managing roadmaps
- Experience with software product development methodologies, mainly focused on agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Deep experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into a practical product roadmap
- Strong background in BI and/or Analytics required; experience working on data-oriented products preferred
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Passionate about working in the betting industry
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Team leadership
- Highly collaborative nature
