**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused House Manager to join our team at Premier Estates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our residential property portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, customer service, or a related field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident in your ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to your work.

Key Responsibilities:**

  • Administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records
  • Maintenance and repair of premises, including reporting any issues to the landlord
  • Guest management, including welcoming visitors and managing access to the premises
  • General housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry, and inventory management

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience in customer service/hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11,900 - £12,500 per annum, plus a 3-bedroom apartment as part of their accommodation package. Ongoing training and development opportunities will also be available.
