Nursing Home Director

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Care Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a leading nursing home in the UK.
This nursing home boasts a warm family atmosphere, with highly trained staff available to provide individualized care to residents on a permanent and short-stay basis.
To be considered for this position, you must have prior experience in managing a large nursing home.
As the Home Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of the Home's daily operation
- Ensuring the highest possible standard of care is provided in accordance with company policy and registration with the CQC
- Maintaining and/or improving the CQC rating for the Home
- Leading the Management Team, comprising the Deputy Manager and Administration Manager
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to deliver outstanding care to residents
- Experience in a nursing home setting
- CQC ratings of Good or Outstanding in their current home
The successful Home Manager will receive a competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits, including ongoing training, career development, and a recognition program.
This is a permanent, full-time role working through day shifts only.
